1. SCOPE
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Campus Appart and any person making a reservation with the establishment.
Any reservation implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made:
- via the Campus Appart website
- by email
- by phone or WhatsApp
- via online booking platforms (OTAs)
The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation.
Specific offers or rates may include particular conditions that will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. RESERVATION GUARANTEE
A valid credit card is required to guarantee any reservation.
Depending on the offer or rate selected:
- payment may be required prior to arrival or at the time of stay
- a pre-authorization may be applied to the credit card before arrival
The establishment reserves the right to verify the validity of the card provided.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
- Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
- For late cancellations (less than 48 hours before arrival), 100% of the reserved stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
6. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Early arrivals or late departures depend on availability and may incur additional fees.
7. EXTENDED STAYS
For long-term stays (students, professionals on assignment), specific conditions are offered: degressive rates, monthly payment terms, departure notice.
These conditions are communicated in writing before signing.
8. PARKING
Parking may be available depending on the property, subject to availability.
Campus Appart declines all responsibility for theft or damage to parked vehicles.
9. TOURIST TAX
A tourist tax may apply in accordance with local regulations.
This tax may be included in the price or invoiced separately depending on the booking channel.
10. NO SMOKING
All our apartments and indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking.
In case of non-compliance, a flat-rate fine of CHF 250.– will be charged to cover cleaning and restoration costs.
11. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to facilities, furniture or equipment during their stay.
The establishment reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairs, replacement or necessary cleaning.
Campus Appart declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except as legally required.
12. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during reservation is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law (FADP) and used solely within the scope of reservation and stay management.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Bulle (Switzerland).
